Duomo Di Nola

Feast of the Lilies or La Festa dei Gigli where 8 Gigli towers and a Boat are erected each year and danced through the streets of Nola in honor of San Paolino. It takes 125 men to carry the Gigli with a band playing on it at the same time as they dance it through the streets and the Piazza Duomo.

Caesar Augustus died in Nola 19 August 14 AD.
